The 3237, 3238, and 3239 Digital HiTesters can perform 3.3 ms high-speed sampling, and come equipped with a comparator, external input and output, and an RS-232C interface. These three highperformance DMMs can be used not only in laboratories, but in production lines that require the minimal tact time. The 3238 is a highprecision, broadband model that also features current measurement terminals and a frequency measurement function.
True RMS value measurement Both the 3237 and 3238 use true RMS measurement for determination of distorted waveforms. In fact, HIOKI guarantees accuracy of the 3238 and 3239 for AC voltage of 10 Hz to 300 kHz, and AC current of 10 Hz to 30 kHz.
