For example, the multi-channel temperature Data- Logger used in cooking and baking conveyor belts and in bakery ovens, but also in product development and in many other areas of process control where it is necessary to measure very high temperatures. This is possible due to a thermal portecting case ( TIB 40) which provides maximum insulation and therefore protects the multi-channel temperature Data- Logger. The multi-channel temperature Data- Logger is light and very compact and it measures temperature in a range from 0 to + 1200 º C. This is done with an accuracy of ± 0.5 ° C. The multi-channel data looger series EBI 40 has two versions: one with 6 channels and another with 12 temperature channels for type K thermocouple temperature sensor. Each channel can store up to 20, 000 values.
